What you will do

• Design, implement, and ship smart contracts and on-chain programs across EVM and Solana for tokenized funds, staking systems, and capital markets primitives.
• Own contract-level architecture decisions including upgrade paths, access control, transfer restrictions, oracle integration, fee/accounting logic, and failure modes.
• Build compliance and control surfaces for regulated institutional workflows, including KYC/AML enforcement at the protocol layer and auditable mint/burn/transfer flows.
• Drive security posture through threat modeling, invariant and fuzz testing, internal review, and collaboration with external auditors.
• Own systems end-to-end: specs, contracts, tests, deployment tooling, monitoring, runbooks, and off-chain integrations needed for production operability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of production engineering experience shipping smart contracts or on-chain programs handling real value.
• Deep fluency in at least one: Solidity (Foundry/Hardhat, EVM internals, upgrade patterns) or Solana programs (Rust, Anchor, Token-2022, SPL), with credible working knowledge of the other or a strong track record of quickly learning new chain ecosystems.
• Strong smart contract security instincts (reentrancy, oracle manipulation, access control, and stack-specific failure modes) and security-focused coding practices.
• Comfort owning systems end-to-end, including off-chain components required by production contracts.
• Ability to operate in a high-autonomy environment with high agency and accountability for quality.
