What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the Client Delivery Salesforce Case Queue, focusing on TPA enrollments and terminations.
• Route client requests for product updates, website modifications, and network filtering to internal teams.
• Maintain data integrity through file audits and Machine-Readable File (MRF) data summaries.
• Troubleshoot user access issues within the Valenz Central platform.
• Collaborate with the Client Delivery team to support smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Operations, Data Analytics, or Client Delivery.
• Must be based in the US to comply with company policies and HIPAA.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
