What you will do
- Manage and prioritize the Client Delivery Salesforce Case Queue, focusing on TPA enrollments and terminations.
- Route client requests for product updates, website modifications, and network filtering to internal teams.
- Maintain data integrity through file audits and Machine-Readable File (MRF) data summaries.
- Troubleshoot user access issues within the Valenz Central platform.
- Collaborate with the Client Delivery team to support smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Operations, Data Analytics, or Client Delivery.
- Must be based in the US to comply with company policies and HIPAA.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
