What you will do

• Design and own the partner certification process, including training, enablement, and FAQ management.
• Maintain the certified partner directory and ensure accurate deal routing based on region, language, and capacity.
• Establish and enforce governance processes, including scorecard reviews and improvement plans for partners.
• Manage partner-led implementation reporting, tracking key metrics like CSAT, seat activation, and time-to-go-live.
• Oversee partner payment processing and tracking systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as the primary escalation point for partner engagement blockers and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, Texas with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Proven experience building and scaling programs or processes from scratch with a builder mentality.
• Strong operational rigour and experience in SaaS implementation and delivery accountability.
• Experience in building and running training or enablement programs for external parties.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate effectively across Sales, CS, and Operations.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to write firm policies and improvement plans.
