What you will do

  • Prospect new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email, and networking.
  • Manage existing client accounts to drive bookings, margins, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify key decision-makers and present logistics solutions effectively.
  • Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, and onboarding processes.
  • Refine sales skills through role-playing, objection handling, and pitch demos.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve service offerings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chicago, IL.
  • 0-1+ years of sales experience or relevant coursework.
  • Proven relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • High-energy, motivated, and collaborative team player.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
