Salary: $22 - $24 per hour + Commission

What you will do
- Build and grow a book of carrier partners through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach.
- Own daily freight execution, ensuring shipments are covered and tracked via the proprietary platform.
- Develop trusted carrier relationships to drive long-term engagement and platform adoption.
- Apply tactical negotiation skills to optimize carrier utilization and economic outcomes.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Tracking, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality service.
- Monitor performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve execution issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance-based goals.
- Must be located in the San Diego Area.
