What you will do
- Own a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
- Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess satisfaction and present tailored product demonstrations.
- Manage sales pipelines and forecast monthly and quarterly opportunities with high accuracy.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of customer interactions and deal progress in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to mid-market clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, specifically in account management within the mid-market segment.
- Proven track record of expanding client accounts and navigating complex B2B sales cycles.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to communicate data-driven insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple stakeholders and tasks.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern sales tech stacks like Salesforce, Salesloft, or DiscoverOrg.
- Background in CMMS or facility operations software.
- Documented success in working in a remote setting.
