What you will do

  • Own a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
  • Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess satisfaction and present tailored product demonstrations.
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecast monthly and quarterly opportunities with high accuracy.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of customer interactions and deal progress in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to mid-market clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, specifically in account management within the mid-market segment.
  • Proven track record of expanding client accounts and navigating complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to communicate data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple stakeholders and tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern sales tech stacks like Salesforce, Salesloft, or DiscoverOrg.
  • Background in CMMS or facility operations software.
  • Documented success in working in a remote setting.
