What you will do

• Facilitate training for employees across various business departments.
• Design and develop training materials and comprehensive curricula.
• Collect and analyze survey data to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and evolve programs.
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling and orchestrating training sessions.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders when representative performance deviates from expectations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or employee development.
• Proficiency with training tools and platforms such as LMS, Zoom, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (benefits include 401k and US healthcare).
