TL;DR

Customer Success Manager, Growth (SaaS): Guiding customers through security and compliance journeys using hirify.global's specialized solutions with an accent on customer retention and book of business health. Focus on empowering customers to become self-sufficient champions and driving specific business outcomes at scale.

Location: Remote (US). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Salary: $113,000 – $133,000 + Equity

hirify.global helps businesses earn and prove trust by automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.

What you will do

  • Manage a large book of business in a 1:1 and 1:many manner in both Spanish and English.
  • Drive customer success, value realization, and retention through the hirify.global platform.
  • Act as a product expert in compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Finance teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Success experience at a SaaS company.
  • Business-level fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Proven experience managing and running a large book of business at scale.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.

  • Experience working in the security or compliance industry.
  • Openness and curiosity to use AI to amplify efficiency and impact.
