Location: Remote (US). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Salary: $113,000 – $133,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Manage a large book of business in a 1:1 and 1:many manner in both Spanish and English.
- Drive customer success, value realization, and retention through the platform.
- Act as a product expert in compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.
- Partner with Account Managers to identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Finance teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Success experience at a SaaS company.
- Business-level fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Proven experience managing and running a large book of business at scale.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
