What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, scoping, and tailored product demonstrations.
• Design end-to-end solutions including connector architecture, data flow mapping, and tenant structure.
• Build and execute proof-of-concept (PoC) integrations to demonstrate real-world capabilities for strategic deals.
• Author technical sections of commercial proposals, including specifications and implementation timelines.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for the Account Management team.
• Provide structured market feedback to the product team to influence the quarterly roadmap.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or integration consulting.
• Hands-on proficiency with API specifications (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) and data transformation logic.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics) or commerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United States
