What you will do

  • Research, identify and engage key decision-makers in the German market via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and qualify leads using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC.
  • Create and execute personalized outbound sequences communicating the platform's value.
  • Partner with Sales Executives on account-based strategies and support Marketing initiatives.
  • Manage lead data and outreach performance within HubSpot.
  • Monitor European public procurement trends to identify sales triggers.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to meet activity-based KPIs and meeting-booking targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Understanding of qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, or MEDPIC).
  • Existing work authorization for Germany (no relocation support provided).
