What you will do

• Manage and mentor front-end and back-end engineering teams, building professional growth plans.
• Oversee cloud architecture in AWS and manage infrastructure using Terraform.
• Direct software development processes and CI/CD pipelines to ensure timely product delivery.
• Collaborate across multi-functional teams to implement functional requirements from Product Managers.
• Recruit, interview, and train new engineering hires on the technical platform.
• Represent the technical team to stakeholders and set team capacity and velocity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in at least two languages: C++, C#, Java, Ruby, Python, Rust, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Express, web security, and API design (RESTful/GraphQL).
• Experience with AWS and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
