What you will do

• Own the technical aspects of a domain-specific area for a focused product team.
• Supervise, coordinate, and review work while managing personnel needs and schedules.
• Define, plan, and measure success metrics to drive product results.
• Remove technical and personnel hurdles to ensure team success.
• Collaborate with higher-level staff to set expectations and coordinate deliverables.
• Evaluate team performance and provide recommendations for growth.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record as an Engineering Manager for product teams handling complex requirements.
• Advanced experience with domain-area programming languages.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available)

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Advanced experience with Ruby (Rails, Roda).
• Advanced experience with Golang (Echo).
