What you will do

• Conduct on-site route surveys for domestic and cross-border transportation to optimize routing plans and guarantee safe delivery.
• Establish 24/7 centralized GPS monitoring and tracking mechanisms for full cargo traceability and real-time visual monitoring.
• Verify safety compliance materials, shipping documents, and customs papers to prevent clearance risks and documentation inconsistencies.
• Formulate and execute emergency response plans for customs detention, cargo loss, GPS anomalies, and other transit exceptions.
• Analyze logistics monitoring data (on-time delivery, exception rates) to optimize rules and processes.
• Independently build and maintain a standardized logistics safety control system for U.S. local operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-border logistics safety management and GPS tracking.
• Valid work permit for full-time employment in the USA.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).
• Proficiency in U.S. import/export customs regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Ability to undertake on-site surveys, cross-regional travel, and maintain a 24/7 on-call response/shift schedule.

Nice to have

• Ability to speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Experience in establishing central control information monitoring systems and using intelligent anti-theft GPS equipment.
