What you will do

• Coordinate DOT, PHMSA, and FMCSA compliance via training, data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Manage Hours of Service (HOS), Driver Qualification (DQ) files, and Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) processes.
• Oversee the DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program and Carrier Safety Administration (CSA) reporting.
• Handle Title Transfers, IFTA Permitting, license plate transfers, and tags.
• Develop and provide safety training, alerts, and articles for fleet drivers and supervisors.
• Review and support internal and external audits and manage follow-up corrective actions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience with FMCSA regulations as it relates to driver qualification and compliance.
• Proven experience in logistics planning, scheduling, or a similar role in the transportation industry.
• High School diploma or related degree from an accredited institution.
• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with limited supervision.
