What you will do

• Evaluate and settle household goods and logistics claims across various business lines.
• Review claims for accuracy, liability, and compliance with federal regulations, tariffs, and company policies.
• Investigate claim details and gather necessary documentation to allocate settlement responsibility.
• Analyze facts and documentation to make consistent and fair settlement decisions.
• Communicate extensively with customers, agents, military offices, and government agencies.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate claim documentation and case records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related professional experience.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (no visa sponsorship provided).
