What you will do

• Support the creation and management of short-term and long-term growth initiatives for the GTO division.
• Assess new market opportunities through research, data analysis, and financial feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders and the corporate M&A team to source and implement new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the governance and monitoring of business development initiatives to ensure performance and compliance.
• Research industry trends and identify attractive market segments for growth investment.
• Create presentations and reports for various levels of management to support strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in financial services or a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for financial analysis and presentation creation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
