Change Management Manager (Consulting)

Salary: $147,200 – $196,880

What you will do

• Lead project management activities, including planning, execution, status reporting, and risk mitigation for change enablement engagements.
• Develop and execute communication and training strategies to drive technology adoption and culture transformation.
• Facilitate client workshops for problem solving, requirements gathering, and deliverable readouts.
• Support business development by drafting proposals, responses, and statements of work for target clients.
• Manage, coach, and mentor staff on projects, conducting performance assessments and year-end reviews.
• Drive workforce-related change efforts across HR transformations, M&A integration, and operating model shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience, preferably in a consulting practice.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY or Chicago, IL to support the hybrid model.
• Ability to travel 40-80% as needed for client engagements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, HR, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project).
• Experience leveraging AI tools and capabilities to enhance change management effectiveness.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CPP.
• Experience with ERP implementations, operating model design, or shared services.
