TL;DR
Change Management Manager (Workforce Transformation): Leading organizational change initiatives and leadership alignment for clients with an accent on communication strategy and training delivery. Location: Hybrid (New York, NY or Chicago, IL). Requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a GT office or client site.
Salary: $147,200 – $196,880

What you will do
- Lead project management activities, including planning, execution, status reporting, and risk mitigation for change enablement engagements.
- Develop and execute communication and training strategies to drive technology adoption and culture transformation.
- Facilitate client workshops for problem solving, requirements gathering, and deliverable readouts.
- Support business development by drafting proposals, responses, and statements of work for target clients.
- Manage, coach, and mentor staff on projects, conducting performance assessments and year-end reviews.
- Drive workforce-related change efforts across HR transformations, M&A integration, and operating model shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience, preferably in a consulting practice.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY or Chicago, IL to support the hybrid model.
- Ability to travel 40-80% as needed for client engagements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, HR, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project).
- Experience leveraging AI tools and capabilities to enhance change management effectiveness.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CPP.
- Experience with ERP implementations, operating model design, or shared services.
