What you will do

• Contribute to the development of the overall strategy for hirify.global Insurance.
• Conduct market research, macro-trend monitoring, and competitive intelligence to inform senior leadership.
• Support business partners on product growth strategies and operational challenges.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations for the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors.
• Support corporate development activities, including acquisition reviews and market scans.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across underwriting, finance, and technology teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar in-house strategy role.
• Must possess US Work Authorization; no visa sponsorship available.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex issues.
• High proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
