Location: Must be based in New York, NY or Chicago, IL
Salary: $225,000 (Base) + bonus and equity

What you will do
- Partner with Sales, Product, and leadership to lead pre-sale solution design for agentic products.
- Assess customer operations, data readiness, and systems to create tailored implementation approaches.
- Own current-state and target-state solution mapping, including data flows and integration points.
- Build customer-specific business cases and executive-ready materials to support complex sales cycles.
- Identify product gaps and scalable patterns to provide critical feedback to Engineering and Product teams.
- Guide customers through AI adoption topics including governance, risk, compliance, and operational controls.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in solutions consulting, architecture, or similar client-facing roles in enterprise software.
- Proven track record of managing complex systems integration or transformation projects for large enterprise customers.
- Ability to translate operational complexity into actionable implementation plans and technical specifications.
- Strong commercial instincts with comfort supporting pre-sale conversations with executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating polished customer-facing decks, workflow maps, and ROI templates.
- Must be based in New York, NY or Chicago, IL.

- Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Capgemini, UiPath, ServiceNow, or Palantir.
