Agentic Solutions Consultant (Insurance SaaS)

Location: New York, NY or Chicago, IL

Salary: $250,000 base salary, plus annual bonus and company equity plan.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and leadership on pre-sale solution design for agentic products.
• Assess customer operations, systems, workflows, data readiness, eligibility feeds, integrations, and operational dependencies.
• Map current-state and target-state architectures, data flows, workflow changes, risks, success criteria, and implementation requirements.
• Build customer-specific business cases, implementation plans, ROI materials, workflow maps, and executive-ready presentations.
• Create reusable solution design artifacts, reference architectures, assessment frameworks, and implementation playbooks.
• Support responsible AI adoption by addressing governance, risk, compliance, auditability, operational controls, user adoption, and scaled deployment.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation consulting, solutions engineering, solution architecture, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience with complex systems integration or transformation projects for large enterprise customers, preferably in insurance.
• Ability to map business processes and system dependencies into actionable implementation plans and solution architectures.
• Strong commercial, written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders and distinguishing configurable capabilities, integrations, product gaps, and custom requirements.
• Comfort discussing AI governance, risk, compliance, auditability, data readiness, and responsible operational controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Capgemini, UiPath, ServiceNow, Palantir, or similar enterprise software, systems integration, insurance technology, or enterprise AI environments.
