What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day sales on the show and support junior sales staff.
  • Deliver personal sales targets and proactively execute the show strategy for new and existing businesses.
  • Own campaign delivery against targets, including exhibitor numbers and mix, stand sales, sponsorship inventory, yield, and sponsorship revenue.
  • Ensure the sales plan is delivered on target and meet budget and activity goals (outbound call volumes and face-to-face meetings).
  • Support sales staff in developing new revenue streams, including creative and complex sponsorship sales.
  • Maintain prospect database quality in line with the company CRM policy and ensure high-quality communication with prospects, exhibitors, and partners.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a sales role with a proven ability to hit or exceed targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
