TL;DR

Mid Market Account Executive (B2B Sales): Drive new business and expand existing accounts for data and AI training solutions with an accent on MEDDICC-led enterprise sales, senior stakeholder engagement, and pipeline/forecast ownership. Focus on converting qualified leads, attributing ROI for transformational skills development, and executing strategic account plans aligned to client business objectives.

What you will do

  • Represent hirify.global in client calls, conferences, and events; generate qualified leads via outreach and networking.
  • Execute the sales strategy using MEDDICC to win new business and expand existing accounts with strategic account plans.
  • Build senior stakeholder engagement (C-level/C-1) to uncover needs and drive solution expansion.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and maintain transparent KPI appraisal; keep HubSpot CRM up to date.
  • Support proposals, pitches, bids, tenders, and levy-related initiatives including apprenticeship levy spend and levy transfer of learners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and mentor more junior members to support growth.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B enterprise sales experience (hunting new logos and/or expanding accounts) using high-velocity methodologies such as MEDDICC.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior executives in mid-market enterprises; strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience generating B2B lead pipelines and managing targets, deadlines, and independent work.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first environment, including travel to London or client sites as required.
  • Successful employment and Disclosure & Barring check (commensurate to job role).

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Apprenticeship, Education, or Training market.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Gong, and MEDDICC.
  • Recruitment consultant or face-to-face sales background.
