TL;DR

New Business Development Manager (Enterprise): Driving revenue growth and developing strategic client relationships for a leading tech education provider with an accent on consultative selling and end-to-end sales cycle management. Focus on prospecting C-suite executives, managing complex RFPs, and negotiating high-value enterprise contracts.

Location: Hybrid (1 day/week required in office in London, UK)

What you will do

  • Generate and manage a client pipeline through proactive business development and lead sourcing.
  • Conduct consultative sales with senior executives to align educational solutions with corporate workforce needs.
  • Create and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including contract negotiation and legal review.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure successful client delivery.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and close complex sales cycles and manage contract negotiations.
  • Experience engaging directly with SVP and C-suite decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Proficiency with a sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

  • Experience winning and expanding Public Sector Accounts valued over £1m.
  • Background in the tech education or upskilling sector.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
