TL;DR
New Business Development Manager (Enterprise): Driving revenue growth and developing strategic client relationships for a leading tech education provider with an accent on consultative selling and end-to-end sales cycle management. Location: Hybrid (1 day/week required in office in London, UK)

What you will do
- Generate and manage a client pipeline through proactive business development and lead sourcing.
- Conduct consultative sales with senior executives to align educational solutions with corporate workforce needs.
- Create and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including contract negotiation and legal review.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure successful client delivery.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience.
- Proven ability to lead and close complex sales cycles and manage contract negotiations.
- Experience engaging directly with SVP and C-suite decision-makers in large organizations.
- Proficiency with a sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

- Experience winning and expanding Public Sector Accounts valued over £1m.
- Background in the tech education or upskilling sector.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
