What you will do
- Design and execute research-driven outbound prospecting initiatives to engage senior digital leaders.
- Build and nurture relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CEOs to identify strategic challenges.
- Lead outbound strategy by identifying and engaging with relevant conferences, events, and forums.
- Qualify incoming leads and outbound contacts to ensure a smooth handover to the Client Partnerships team.
- Collaborate with the regional BD team to meet annual growth targets.
- Maintain a clean and updated sales pipeline using structured processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester or Leeds, UK.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Deep understanding of the tech and professional services landscape.
- Knowledge across at least three areas: digital, business strategy, AI, marketing, technology, Agile, or change management.
- Ability to hold peer-to-peer conversations with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
