TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Private Equity): Developing and executing sponsorship sales strategies for the SuperReturn series with an accent on stakeholder relationship management and portfolio growth. Focus on identifying new business opportunities in private equity, private credit, and venture capital markets.

Location: Must be based in Greater London (Hybrid: 3+ days per week in the Blackfriars office)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies for the leading Private markets series.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the private equity, private credit, and venture capital ecosystem.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client portfolios.
  • Create tailored sponsorship packages that deliver exceptional value to clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultative sales and relationship building.
  • Background in event management or financial services, preferably within private equity or venture capital.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry conferences.
  • Must be able to work from the London office at least three days a week.
