What you will do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize contract retention rates.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with account executives to ensure a seamless renewal process and customer readiness.
  • Analyze customer health data to identify renewal risks and implement remedial actions.
  • Conduct account reviews and planning to accurately forecast renewal metrics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for renewal-related inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or account management.
  • Proven track record in achieving high retention rates and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and forecasting renewal metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in enterprise software, open source, or infrastructure software is highly advantageous.
