What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize contract retention rates.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Collaborate with account executives to ensure a seamless renewal process and customer readiness.
- Analyze customer health data to identify renewal risks and implement remedial actions.
- Conduct account reviews and planning to accurately forecast renewal metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for renewal-related inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or account management.
- Proven track record in achieving high retention rates and meeting sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and forecasting renewal metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in enterprise software, open source, or infrastructure software is highly advantageous.
