Location: Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a hirify.global office in the US (e.g., NYC, Charlotte, Seattle, SF, LA, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, DC). Hybrid role: 3 days per week in-office required.

Salary: $93,800 – $135,700 (based on level) + Annual Performance Bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for generative AI and automation.
• Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered workflows and agent-driven solutions.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured AI use cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with technical and data teams to move solutions from pilot to scaled deployment.
• Establish governance models and best practices for responsible enterprise AI adoption.
• Measure and optimize the performance and business impact of AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 2–7 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, product, or operations.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, and copilots.
• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into structured, practical implementation approaches.
• Strong communication skills with experience working across business and technical teams.
