What you will do

• Architect and develop software across multiple live products while remaining a hands-on contributor.
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of 7-10 .NET developers.
• Establish coding standards and design principles for the division as the owner of the .NET Centre of Excellence.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and testing strategies.
• Collaborate directly with clients on product direction and contribute to long-term tech strategy.
• Manage recruitment processes and participate in budget planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading or managing a software engineering team.
• 5+ years of experience in C# and .NET.
• Proven experience as a hiring manager with end-to-end recruitment responsibility.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including TypeScript and Angular or React.
• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure DevOps, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of microservices, client-server architecture, and domain-driven design.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-platform development (iOS, Android, Windows, Linux).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Playwright.
• Background in payment systems.
