TL;DR
Software Engineering Team Lead (.NET): Leading the delivery of loan origination architecture, compliance systems, and pricing platforms for a financial inclusion platform with an accent on event-driven microservices and scalable cloud infrastructure. Focus on architecting systems for millions of users, mentoring backend engineers, and collaborating with Product Managers to drive the technical roadmap.

What you will do
- Lead a team of backend engineers through both greenfield and legacy projects, owning the full software lifecycle.
- Set architectural direction for critical systems, including loan origination and pricing engines.
- Partner with Product Managers on roadmap planning and prioritization to drive delivery.
- Implement and maintain a DevOps culture utilizing infrastructure as code, observability, and continuous delivery.
- Serve as a servant leader, coaching and mentoring engineers to grow their technical and professional skills.
- Design and scale systems capable of processing millions of daily payments across multiple markets.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on background in C#/.NET backend development.
- Proven experience with Azure (AWS or GCP experience is also welcome).
- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and microservice development (e.g., Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be based within the UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zone range.
- Ability to set technical direction and provide high-level architectural guidance.
