What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services throughout the software development lifecycle from requirements to production.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinate with international engineering teams on system design and architectural implementation.
• Optimize core services for performance, scalability, and reliability within an event-driven architecture.
• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to uphold quality standards and ensure production readiness.
• Support the continuous evolution of a professional trading platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional web development experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of backend technologies, including Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, and MongoDB.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Deep understanding of performance profiling, computational complexity, and code optimization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related fundamental field.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, capital markets, or electronic trading.
• Proven background in high-load system tuning.
• Proficiency in implementing industry-standard algorithms and design patterns.
