Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work in this location. The role follows a hybrid approach with office attendance required approximately four days a week.

What you will do

  • Execute AV media buys across linear TV, VOD, connected TV, radio, and digital audio channels.
  • Manage campaign pacing, delivery, and real-time performance optimizations to meet KPIs.
  • Oversee AV media budgets, ensuring accurate spend tracking and reconciliation with media owners.
  • Conduct negotiations with media vendors to secure optimal rates, inventory, and value.
  • Collaborate with internal planning, digital performance, and creative teams for integrated solutions.
  • Prepare performance reports and present insights to the AV Lead and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Relevant experience in AV media buying or a similar role within a media agency.
  • Proven experience executing campaigns across linear TV, VOD, connected TV, radio, and cinema.
  • Strong understanding of AV media metrics, buying models, and performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with media owners.
  • Proficiency in AV buying platforms and tools such as Medialink, BARB, or RAJAR.
