What you will do
- Act as the primary relationship holder for a diverse roster of UK-signed independent labels and artists.
- Conceive and execute tailored marketing, advertising, and audience growth plans for frontline and catalogue releases.
- Initiate global business growth plans, providing strategy and optimization recommendations for label catalogues.
- Serve as the global label manager, ensuring artists have the resources to build meaningful international campaigns.
- Collaborate with digital, physical, and commercial teams to shape and deliver campaign objectives and results.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering successful label, catalogue, or artist marketing campaigns.
- Experience as a domestic project leader with a history of exporting music globally.
- Strong ability to build relationships and work with a varied network of stakeholders.
- Must be able to work onsite in London at least 4 days per week.
- Dynamic, outcome-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of artist marketing experience in a label, distribution, or management environment.
- Strong network of industry connections.
- Experience within the independent music industry.
- Lateral experience in marketing or strategy roles.
