What you will do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of B2B events, ranging from proprietary conferences to trade show participation.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers.
- Take ownership of event budgets, ensuring all activities align with financial expectations.
- Coordinate multiple event workstreams simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Contribute creative ideas to event design, content, and guest experience.
- Collaborate with senior team members to support the execution of large-scale, complex events.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience delivering corporate or commercial events.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders or C-suite audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and independent project ownership.
- Must be able to work outside standard hours (evenings/weekends) as required by event schedules.
- Must be based in London or able to commute to the office at least 40% of the time.
