What you will do

• Coordinate domestic and local marketing teams to ensure high-value content delivery for priority releases.
• Manage marketing budgets and targets in alignment with departmental goals.
• Collaborate with US counterparts and international labels to build integrated global campaigns.
• Oversee complex physical and digital release timelines, including DSP delivery and stock management.
• Partner with data analysts to track and report on promotional activity and audience growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Proven experience in music marketing, specifically within the Pop/Dance genre.
• Strong understanding of digital, social, and streaming trends.
• Data proficiency with the ability to interpret metrics for strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
