What you will do

• Create and deliver B2B marketing campaigns rooted in audience insight and aligned with business priorities.
• Evaluate and demonstrate the measurable impact of marketing campaigns.
• Lead the SEO and GEO strategy for the company website.
• Shape and support the overall brand strategy.
• Manage relationships with key external stakeholders and organize events, including travel within mainland Europe.
• Produce compelling content and assets for internal and external channels.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Middlesbrough (Hybrid).
• Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing (B2B preferred) or a Communications-related qualification (CIPR, CIM, NCTJ).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with event and visit management.
• Strong eye for design and a passion for building great brands.
• Ability to adapt to evolving marketing techniques and AI tools.
