What you will do
- Plan, build, and manage Meta campaigns for application and lead magnet funnels.
- Implement and maintain technical tracking via Pixel, CAPI, custom conversions, and UTMs.
- Analyze the complete funnel journey from initial impression to final sale to propose strategic fixes.
- Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap for hooks, creatives, audiences, and offers.
- Collaborate with the founder and creative team on new marketing angles and assets.
- Establish reporting KPIs and document operational SOPs for campaign management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience running Meta ads specifically for B2B service businesses, agencies, or coaches.
- Proven history of managing $60k+ monthly ad spend for at least 6 consecutive months.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently generate qualified calls under $500.
- Hands-on expertise with call and application funnels.
- Proficiency with Events Manager, CAPI, GA4, and Pipedrive CRM.
- Excellent written English and structured thinking skills.
