What you will do

• Lead data analytics and reporting for utilization, capacity planning, and operational KPIs to drive business performance.
• Partner with North America leadership and Finance to support P&L management, revenue forecasting, and budget planning.
• Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven insights to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain analytics tools and dashboards using Power BI to visualize trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, business performance, or a technology-enabled environment.
• Based in Toronto with the ability to attend the office at least two days per week.
• Technical proficiency in Power BI, SQL, VBA, macros, and Excel.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
