What you will do

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor financial data accuracy and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Analyze financial patterns, trends, and anomalies to recommend corrective actions.
• Manage audit schedules and provide necessary documentation to internal and external auditors.
• Research GAAP and tax regulations to implement compliant financial policies.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff while providing financial guidance to department heads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and federal/state tax laws.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
