What you will do

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and revenue recognition.
• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to ensure productivity and professional development.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for senior management.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning with variance analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and serve as the primary liaison for regulatory bodies.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and safeguards to protect company assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of related accounting experience with supervisory background.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Advanced competency in Excel and financial management software.
• Strong understanding of project-based business accounting.

Nice to have

• Experience with post-acquisition integration.
• Prior experience with ERP implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP and Sage Intacct.
