What you will do
- Design global lifecycle marketing programs, including lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and expansion workflows.
- Manage the global promotional send calendar, audience segmentation, and frequency to optimize engagement and deliverability.
- Build marketing automation architecture and trigger-based workflows to increase Lead-to-MQL conversion rates.
- Deploy rigorous A/B testing frameworks and deliverability optimizations for the email channel.
- Develop reporting dashboards to translate campaign data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Create and maintain personalized audience segmentation models for prospect and customer databases.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in lifecycle and email marketing strategy with a track record of improving funnel conversion.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical mindset to independently evaluate program performance and translate data into optimizations.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Performance, Integrated, and Revenue Operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
