Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $122,000–$152,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Define the strategic vision for the end-to-end Pro journey to align with growth and retention goals.
- Develop AI-first programs to nurture prospects and design multi-channel onboarding experiences.
- Partner with Sales and Success leaders to drive expansion in LTV via automated upsells and proactive retention.
- Collaborate with MarTech teams to implement a scalable, AI-driven toolset for email, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Establish KPIs for conversion, activation, and churn to make data-driven adjustments.
- Oversee the Pro-to-Pro referral program to drive organic acquisition.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 7–12+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, preferably in SaaS or marketplaces.
- Proven track record of impacting retention, lifetime value, and conversion metrics.
- Deep fluency in omni-channel tools including CRM, Marketing Automation Platforms, and CMS.
- Experience managing and building high-performing marketing teams.
- Ability to leverage AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency and output quality.
Nice to have
- Experience with SMB customer bases or field services/trades audience.
- Hands-on experience with ML-driven lifecycle tools such as predictive churn or propensity models.
- Systems thinking approach to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
