What you will do

• Manage lifecycle marketing programs for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Develop customer journey strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Design and optimize automated campaigns, including welcome, nurture, cart abandonment, and win-back programs.
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing data-driven recommendations and leading performance reviews.
• Execute A/B testing plans across messaging, creative, and audience segments to optimize KPIs.
• Partner with analytics and engineering teams to improve audience targeting, journey orchestration, and measurement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation (e.g., SFMC, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze).
• Proven track record of executing lifecycle programs across multiple stages of the customer journey.
• Strong expertise in customer segmentation, personalization, and loyalty strategies.
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting campaign performance.
• Proficiency with web analytics (GA4) and UTM tracking.
• Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
