Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Istanbul, or Sofia). Requires 3 days in-office and 2 days remote weekly after an initial 3-month in-office period.

What you will do

• Deliver a seamless onboarding experience by creating intuitive sign-up and verification flows.
• Own the entire onboarding funnel mechanics, including OTP, address validation, and optimization of failed checks.
• Analyze and address end-user friction points to consistently improve the onboarding journey.
• Utilize AI to analyze, automate, and optimize the onboarding process.

• Expertise in KYC and user verification processes.
• Ability to deliver seamless UX for onboarding journeys.
• Strong analytical and research skills applied within a product environment.
• High attention to detail and strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
