What you will do
- Define and evolve a value-driven product vision aligned with user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Take end-to-end delivery ownership, championing the voice of the consumer and ensuring compliance, risk, and service quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to set priorities and drive outcome-focused decisions.
- Own a value-driven roadmap, balancing discovery and delivery while managing strategic trade-offs.
- Generate actionable insights from scaled user research to inform service direction and prioritization.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Netherlands and possess the legal right to work; relocation is not provided.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in complex Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven experience in product/problem discovery and translating large-scale user insights into tangible solutions.
- Ability to focus on value creation and outcomes rather than technical feature delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify and present complex stories to various audiences.
- HBO / WO thinking and/or education level.
