What you will do
- Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Educational Content experiences to improve financial literacy for young users.
- Translate customer behavior and performance data into actionable content and personalized digital experiences.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including designers, data analysts, and developers to design and scale content platforms.
- Experiment with new content delivery methods using a test-and-learn mindset to maximize impact on customer financial wellbeing.
- Manage the product backlog from scratch, setting clear priorities and estimating work effectively.
Requirements
- Must be currently based in the Netherlands.
- Good command of the Dutch language for guiding and reviewing the team.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner within a DevOps team, owning customer-facing digital products.
- Experience creating educational content for the 18-30 age group and affinity for the financial services industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience working in complex cross-department environments.
