Location: Hybrid in Enschede or Zwolle (Netherlands). Must live within commuting distance of these offices.

hirify.global is an international software platform providing a cloud-based ecosystem (BEX PMS, CMS) to help leisure businesses automate and optimize their entire operations.

What you will do

  • Own the Compliance & Internationalization Roadmap and act as the strategic filter for the platform.
  • Investigate fiscal laws, local integrations, and specific compliance rules required to go live in new countries.
  • Translate complex legal and fiscal regulations into clear User Stories for the development team.
  • Balance commercial opportunities with prevailing laws to ensure global scalability of the core architecture.
  • Manage the backlog and monitor the quality of external partners building integrations.
  • Ensure software is 100% compliant before the first live date in new target markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Experience in Product, Compliance, or Business Analyst roles, preferably within SaaS or FinTech.
  • Understanding of SaaS architecture and APIs.
  • Ability to translate international regulations (such as VAT and privacy) into workable solutions.
  • Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Must live within commuting distance of Enschede or Zwolle.
