Account Executive (SaaS): Driving growth in the Dutch market by managing and expanding a portfolio of enterprise clients with an accent on CPaaS and AI-powered engagement solutions. Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and hold a permanent work and residence permit. Role is on-site in Breda.

Salary: €4,500–€6,000

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of over 4,000 Dutch clients through new business sales and upselling.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders in Tech, Finance, Logistics, and Government sectors.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce conversational messaging and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Deliver engaging product demos and negotiate complex agreements.
  • Collaborate with the team to rethink workflows and adopt new AI-driven sales technologies.

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in both English and Dutch is a hard requirement.
  • Must hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
  • Proven commercial experience in CPaaS, SaaS, or AI industries.
  • Track record of success in selling complex solutions to large enterprises.
  • Strong strategic mindset and experience navigating long corporate sales cycles.
