Enterprise Account Executive (UK/Ireland/Benelux): Selling market-leading EPM product suite to CFO offices across enterprise sectors with an accent on qualifying, managing, and closing complex sales cycles. Focus on prospecting key decision makers, conducting discovery, handling objections, negotiating deals, and forecasting pipeline accuracy.

Location: Hybrid in Gouda, Netherlands (main focus driving sales in UK/Ireland/Benelux markets)

Salary: 156,000–195,000 EUR Annual (Netherlands, includes commission target)

What you will do

  • Prospect new business by researching and identifying key decision makers in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with BDRs to generate interest and secure introductory meetings.
  • Conduct discovery to understand business models and pain points addressable by EPM solutions.
  • Present compelling demonstrations, handle objections, and negotiate to close sales.
  • Forecast sales pipeline accurately and plan/executes sales strategies.
  • Update CRM tools regularly and optimize internal resources for account pursuit.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
  • Experience as Enterprise Account Executive selling EPM software to large enterprises, ideally to CFO offices.
  • High motivation, excellent communication, rapid learning, and adaptability in fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MEDDIC or other sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree (ideal).
