What you will do
- Define and operationalize customer lifecycle stages from onboarding to advocacy with clear entry and exit criteria.
- Develop segment-specific journeys aligned to MSP maturity and product footprints to improve time-to-value.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive expansion pipeline and influence multi-product attach and expansion ARR.
- Create messaging frameworks and repeatable assets to reinforce customer value and mitigate churn risks.
- Establish lifecycle KPIs and translate insights into dashboards and predictive signals in partnership with RevOps.
- Expand customer proof programs, including case studies and testimonials, to elevate customer stories.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, customer, or product marketing, preferably within SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, or expansion through data-driven programs.
- Ability to translate product and usage data into actionable lifecycle insights.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with MSPs, IT operations, cybersecurity, or B2B infrastructure tools.
- Strong copywriting skills for creating value-focused customer assets.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, CS, and RevOps.
