TL;DR

Senior Lifecycle Product Marketing Manager (SaaS): Designing and optimizing customer lifecycle programs to accelerate product adoption, reduce churn, and drive multi-product expansion with an accent on operationalizing lifecycle stages. Focus on translating usage data into actionable interventions to increase net revenue retention (NRR) and customer loyalty.

What you will do

  • Define and operationalize customer lifecycle stages from onboarding to advocacy with clear entry and exit criteria.
  • Develop segment-specific journeys aligned to MSP maturity and product footprints to improve time-to-value.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive expansion pipeline and influence multi-product attach and expansion ARR.
  • Create messaging frameworks and repeatable assets to reinforce customer value and mitigate churn risks.
  • Establish lifecycle KPIs and translate insights into dashboards and predictive signals in partnership with RevOps.
  • Expand customer proof programs, including case studies and testimonials, to elevate customer stories.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, customer, or product marketing, preferably within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, or expansion through data-driven programs.
  • Ability to translate product and usage data into actionable lifecycle insights.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MSPs, IT operations, cybersecurity, or B2B infrastructure tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating value-focused customer assets.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, CS, and RevOps.
