What you will do

• Act as a consistent feedback channel between the field and Product teams regarding usability, feature gaps, and competitive intelligence.
• Serve as the primary regional field resource for MSP partners, providing product knowledge and positioning support.
• Help partners develop onboarding and delivery playbooks for consistent platform deployment.
• Support partners in defining success metrics and adoption milestones for their end-user organizations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Product Marketing teams to align enablement activities with commercial priorities.
• Document customer adoption stories and use cases to drive marketing and internal improvements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity roles such as pre-sales, partner success, channel enablement, or security consulting.
• Proven background working within MSP, channel partner, or VAR environments.
• Experience in product feedback, customer success, or voice-of-customer roles within B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, GRC, or vCISO delivery.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and their application in security and customer enablement.
