What you will do

• Partner with the peer Money Movement Business Leader to align on e Transfer product strategy and jointly define/deliver the technology roadmap.
• Lead and develop high-performing technology and operations teams, driving accountability, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Own the end-to-end technology and operations strategy for the e Transfer Product Admin domain, including reliability, performance, availability, and resilience (24/7) against service level objectives.
• Modernize e Transfer product administration platforms (cloud adoption, infrastructure evolution, software engineering practices, operational tooling) and ensure readiness for evolving use cases and regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation across build, test, deployment, monitoring, and incident management; establish and govern operating models using ITSM practices (incident, problem, change management).
• Manage financial and resource planning for the Product Admin Services portfolio (capacity, vendor strategy, investment planning, cost optimization) and partner with Product, Architecture, Platforms, Infrastructure, CISO, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology delivery and operations, including operating large-scale 24x7 mission-critical platforms with 99.99% availability.
• Experience in financial systems and payments ecosystems, including money movement, transaction processing, and regulated financial services environments.
• Deep expertise in high-volume, low-latency distributed systems.
• Experience building and operating product administration platforms (administrative portals, back office systems, user/entitlement management, configuration services, gateway/orchestration layers).
• Strong background in platform reliability, operational resilience, high-availability architecture, and disaster recovery for always-on payment systems.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global in Canada in a full-time capacity.
